Catherine Ryland

Catherine, (Cat) is a 4th generation “Grayton Girl”.  She is a true local that grew up in Grayton Beach, attended Seaside Neighborhood School and was part of the first full graduating class of South Walton High School.  She attended Auburn University and Arkansas State University on a pole vaulting scholarship.  Cat received a Bachelors in Marketing / Management, and a Masters in Business Administration.

After graduation, she got her real estate license and moved back to the beach.  After 3 years she received her Real Estate Broker’s license and is currently a Broker Associate for Grayton Coast Properties.  Cat grew up around the real estate business.  Grandfather, Jim Taylor, owned Rivard of South Walton and her mother Kitty Taylor is Owner /  Broker of Grayton Coast Properties.

Cat, husband Daniel & daughters Scout and Chappell live in Point Washington, just North of Grayton Beach.  Daniel owns a pole vaulting school, Ryland Pole Vault.  When she’s not in the office, Cat can be found paddleboarding, gardening, helping at the pole vault facility, or chasing two little girls on the beach.  Her long time knowledge of the area and her business background give her an insight and competitive edge over other realtors.  Cat and Kitty have been a team at Grayton Coast Properties for 5 years, providing a knowledgeable resource to buyers and sellers throughout the local area.
